Preparing Cyber Leaders for Enterprise-Level Leadership

The Executive MPS in Transformational Leadership in Cybersecurity is a 30-credit executive curriculum designed around the expanding responsibilities of today's senior cyber leaders. The program develops the ability to lead where cybersecurity intersects with enterprise strategy, governance, regulation, geopolitical risk, emerging technology, organizational influence, crisis leadership, and public accountability.

Coursework combines executive-focused online learning with immersive residency experiences and applied work connected to real organizational challenges. Throughout the program, participants move from analyzing complex enterprise issues to developing, communicating, and ultimately defending cybersecurity strategies at the executive and board level.

The Journey

An Integrated Executive Leadership Journey

The curriculum is intentionally designed to build across the program. Participants begin by strengthening their understanding of the legal, political, financial, geopolitical, and technological forces shaping cybersecurity leadership; progress into organizational influence, governance, board leadership, and crisis management; and ultimately apply those capabilities to challenges within their own organizations.
